Thompson is a wonderful vocal artist who has performed at the
Christ Child celebration in past years. Married with two
children, Karen is a school counselor in Richland School
District Two. She plays in a professional string quartet and
sings locally. |

Waiting is a contemporary Christian band eager to
praise the Lord. Waiting has led worship in all types of
venues, including churches, outdoor and military events, and in
prisons.

Generation Choir

Children’s church choir from Camden
|
The choir has been actively singing at Mt. Moriah
Baptist Church for over 30 years. The ages of the children
range from 8 - 21 years of age, and there are several college
students who still come and sing with the choir when they are
home on their breaks. Mr. Ralph Mills, minister of music, is
full of energy and is always excited when he works with the
children. Mrs. Debra Randolph and Mrs. Jacobia Massey are
co-directors for the choir. We are all actively involved with
our church choir as well as other musical groups in our
community. New Generation For Christ sings every 2nd and
5thSundays. Mt. Moriah Baptist Church is located in historic
Camden and is 143 years old. Rev. Dr. Patrick W. Wise is the
church’s pastor. |
